Talk with Ariya

At a set time each day, Ariya — your AI voice companion — calls to ask about the senior’s day: how they feel, whether they ate and slept well, how they’re doing. It all happens through natural conversation.

There are no buttons or menus — they simply answer out loud, as usual. Even seniors who are uncomfortable with apps can respond as easily as picking up a phone call, so the day never feels lonely.

  • A daily voice check-in call at a set time
  • Natural spoken conversation, no buttons
  • A warm companion that asks about the day

Medication

WelVoice reminds seniors of morning and evening doses and shows today’s schedule and progress at a glance. The adherence ring makes it obvious how much they’ve taken today, so a missed dose is easy to spot.

When they’re unsure about a medicine’s name or how to take it, they can simply ask the Meds Assistant by voice. Seniors ask out loud while family follows the taken and remaining doses on screen.

  • Morning and evening dose reminders
  • Today’s adherence shown by the ring
  • A voice Meds Assistant to ask by voice

Feeling Art

Feeling Art

From how a senior felt during their calls, AI generates a unique piece of artwork capturing the mood of the day. Each check-in becomes something warm to keep and share — not a cold, clinical score.

The date and that day’s feeling are shown together, so you can look back at how mood has shifted over time in a gentle, non-clinical way.

  • A unique artwork from how they felt
  • Warm records to keep and to share
  • Mood over time, as art, not as a score

Care Reports

For family, WelVoice provides periodic reports summarizing mood, medication, and call activity. Each report carries a clear status, so you can tell at a glance whether things are stable or need attention.

The summaries are built on internationally validated wellbeing scales (GDS-5, GAD-2, WHO-5, UCLA-3). Scores are reference indicators and do not replace medical diagnosis — but they help distant family stay on top of how things are trending.

  • Periodic mood, medication & call summaries
  • Built on validated scales (GDS-5·GAD-2·WHO-5·UCLA-3)
  • A clear stable / attention status read

Dashboard

Family Dashboard

This is the screen for family. It surfaces what needs attention at the top, then today’s status, the week’s trends, and the quick actions you use most — all in one place, so you never have to wonder where to look first.

Connect family members to be notified when a concerning signal appears, with a person stepping in for human follow-up when it’s needed. Even from far away, you can stay close to your parent’s day.

  • Alerts that need attention, surfaced first
  • Today’s status and weekly trends at a glance
  • Family connection with human follow-up

Common questions about the app

Can everything really be done by voice?

The core care for seniors is 100% voice. Talking with Ariya, and asking about medications, all happen out loud. Screens like reports and the dashboard are mainly what family looks at.

Can it be used without a smartphone?

The daily check-in call can be received on an ordinary phone, so seniors who aren’t comfortable with smartphones can still use it. Screen features like feeling art, reports, and the dashboard are reviewed by family in the app.

Who can see the reports and dashboard?

Only caregivers the senior has approved — such as connected family members. Raw call audio is not stored; we provide summaries that capture well-being and changes over time.

Does it replace medical or emergency services?

No. WelVoice checks in and supports care; it does not replace medical diagnosis or emergency response. When a concerning signal appears, a person steps in for human follow-up — and for urgent situations, please use emergency services such as 119.

What languages are supported?

The service operates primarily in Korean today, and the site is available in Korean, English, and Japanese. WelVoice is a Korea-operated service.
